During the firing process, the glaze naturally flows and blends; after cooling, it may settle and solidify in lower areas, forming drip-like glaze. Drips on the chin, belly, or tail are a normal characteristic.

A key feature is crazing: crazing is a natural cracking pattern that occurs in the glaze surface and is not related to the ceramic body. These fine crack lines do not penetrate into the clay— they exist only within the glaze layer and appear as delicate, intricate patterns.
