Are your vases watertight? Can I use fresh flowers?
Yes. Our glazed porcelain vases are fully watertight and suitable for fresh flowers with water. Pieces listed as decorative only should be used with dried arrangements or with a glass liner inside. Each product page states which applies.
Is your wall art ready to hang, and how heavy is it?
Weight and frame dimensions are listed on each product page. For plasterboard walls, use a rated wall anchor or fix into a stud. For brick or concrete, use a masonry plug. We recommend a professional installer for larger pieces.
What bulb do your porcelain table lamps take, and are they Australian certified?
Our lamps take 【E27 / E14】 bulbs. All lamps supplied for the Australian / USA market are fitted with Australian / USA standard plugs
Will the piece look exactly like the photograph?
Close, but not identical. Our decor is hand-finished and often hand-painted, so glaze tone, pattern placement and surface texture vary slightly between pieces. This is a mark of handmade work rather than a fault. If exact colour matching matters for your project, contact us and we can send additional photographs.
