Hand-Pinched White Porcelainseries has been showcased at the Second Dehua World Ceramic Design Conference

Jiayu Chen, driven by her passion for art and craftsmanship, embarked on a self-taught journey into ceramics. After experimenting with various forming techniques and materials, she chose to create thin-bodied white porcelain using the finest and most challenging clays—Jingdezhen Jade Clay and Dehua Mutton Fat Jade Porcelain Clay. Her current artistic theme, "Eternal Flow," reflects her belief that all things are in constant motion and that this very flow embodies a sacred permanence. Through her mastery of white porcelain, Jiayu seeks to transform this abstract notion into a tangible form by exploring the limits of clay and its fluid state.
