Mr. Zhang Lei, known by his art name "Qingbomen," hails from Hangzhou. He is currently a special researcher at the Southern Song Official Kiln Research Institute in Hangzhou. Devoted to the study of the Southern Song Official Kiln for over 20 years, Zhang has discovered numerous specimens in the remnants of Hangzhou's urban redevelopment. Saddened by the loss of these precious artifacts to foreign lands, he has tirelessly sought to preserve them, often from early morning street markets. His work aims to give enthusiasts a clear understanding of the Southern Song Official Kiln specimens found in Hangzhou, promoting this important cultural heritage. This mission reflects Zhang Lei's dedication to preserving and promoting the culture of the Southern Song Official Kiln.
